XL Specialized Trailers is Recognized for 10 Year Commitment to AGC

XL Specialized Trailers has now been an active member of the Associated General Contractors association for ten years. XL’s Regional Sales Manager, Joe Dewey, represented XL at the AGC of Iowa's Annual State Convention, which was held Jan. 9 through Jan. 11, 2013. At the convention, AGC honored those achieving milestone years of membership. AGC’s 2013 President, Steve Sandquist, presented Dewey with XL’s plaque.

According to the ACG of America website, the AGC was established in 1918 after a request by President Woodrow Wilson. Wilson desired a partner in the construction industry for the government to discuss the future of the industry with. The AGC has worked to fulfill their undertaking for the last 90 years.

The AGC has a national network of state chapters, representing general and specialized contractors, and service providers actively attracting, retaining, and re-training quality individuals for the industry.
