In addition to countless volunteers helping prepare for and serve the day of the event; XL Specialized Trailers is honored to be a Diamond Level Sponsor for this year’s Hero Hustle.
They will not only be providing financial support but also equipment and hosting locations.
Hero Hustle proceeds are given to Delaware County and local communities’ volunteer fire departments, first responder crews, EMS, and local and county law enforcement agencies.
The Hero Hustle event is a triathlon consisting of a 400M swim, a 16-mile bike race, and a 5K run. There is an alternate duathlon which will be a 16-mile bike race, plus a 5K run.
Over the last five years, this event has raised almost $50,000 for the community.
More than just a sponsor, XL Specialized Trailers will have two triathlon teams, three individual triathlon athletes, and two individual duathlon athletes in the event.
Several employees are also members of their community’s fire, first responders, and EMS crews.
